Is Quest for You?
Quest is a tough program, especially in the beginning as students adapt to a new environment. The secret is to trust the process — the first few weeks can be a shock to the system but once you get into the swing of things, you will see that there is in fact a method behind the madness and before you know it, you are fully engaged and loving the experience.
It’s important to understand that this course is for those who are ready to be challenged, pushed, and shaped. If you’re not interested in personal growth or stepping into something different from the norm, this probably isn’t the place for you.
One of the reasons Quest has become so needed in today’s world is because it goes against the grain. Young people are being numbed—by comfort, distraction, and social media—and are losing touch with what makes life rich and meaningful. At Quest, those comforts are stripped away, at least for a while, to wake you up to what really matters: real gratitude, true joy, and a deep sense of purpose that comes from being a free person—secure in your identity and clear on your mission in life.
The course will stretch you—physically, mentally, and emotionally—but here’s our promise (backed by many years of experience): if you give yourself fully to it, you’ll leave Quest with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation, a clearer sense of who you are and why you’re here, a body that feels strong and useful, a mind that’s sharp and alive, and true friendships that will stay with you for life.
You don’t need to arrive fit or strong—although it helps—but you do need a ‘never-give-up’ attitude and a mindset that’s ready to embrace the discomfort, and put in the hard work that always yields good progress and a real sense of achievement. This progress can happen in all areas of life - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
If you’d like to chat to former Questors about their experience, we’ve got plenty who would be happy to share.
