Our vision is to facilitate the development and character of young people- to give them a true sense of purpose and direction in their lives, as well as the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves in an environment that is both safe and true to life.

Quest - Africa comprises two scenically diverse campuses, one in the Kaba Conservancy in the Eastern Cape and the other in Matabeleland, Zimbabwe (for details of the Zimbabwe campus, click here).

The South African campus offers 3 separate courses:

Quest for Young Men

a seven month life-skills and character- building programme for young men aged between 18 to 21 years. The aim of the course is to harness a multitude of skills with experiential learning to best prepare the students for the challenges of the modern world, enabling them to become highly proficient young men with a sense of individuality, confidence, self- belief and purpose.

Africa Experience

Experience Africa at its best – working with wildlife, herding cattle and chasing zebra on horseback, rock climbing in the beautiful Hogsback mountains, learning to hunt with rifle and bow, kayaking on rivers and the ocean,  scuba diving and spear-fishing, hiking and working with rural communities on South Africa’s Wild Coast....

Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of South African coastline, the Kaba Game Farm is the home of Quest Africa’s Eastern Cape campus. At Quest you will have the adventures and develop the friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. You will gain an excitement for life and a sense of purpose, but you will also have the life skills and confidence to live life to the fullest.

Quest Marines

a  two month course with a greater emphasis on more aquatic activities for both young men and women. Students are able to become more proficient in scuba diving, spear fishing, deep-sea fishing, sea and river kayaking, sailing and marine ecology studies. As well as this, students have the opportunity to discover other terrestrial activities as well, such as rock- climbing, livestock and game managment and horse- riding.

By the end of the courses, as well as having an enormous amount of fun, the students will have been exposed to a myriad of experiences, challenges and practical techniques- as well as personal guidance and counselling- enabling them a greater perspective to choose and carve out a career of their choice, with a “can conquer” mindset.
