Purpose

what to do after school

Our vision is to facilitate the development and character of young people- to give them a true sense of purpose and direction in their lives, as well as the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves in an environment that is both safe and true to life.

Quest - Africa comprises two scenically diverse campuses, one in the Kaba Conservancy in the Eastern Cape and the other in Matabeleland, Zimbabwe (for details of the Zimbabwe campus, click here).

Location

Quest Africa’s Eastern Cape campus is situated in the Kaba Conservancy, in the Alexandria district, about 100km north–east of Port Elizabeth. Kaba Farm borders part of the Woody Cape section of Addo Elephant Park.

Quest Team

gapadventures

The Quest team is comprised of the directors, guides & mentors and contributors. Each member of the team brings a passion for Quest and a unique set of skills. Richard Currie and Chitani Gopole, who are employed by the Kaba farming business, play important roles with Quest. Richard is exceptionally competent in all things practical and is always on hand to make a plan and keep things going - he is respected and enjoyed by the Quest students.

Quest Africa Philosophy - Kaba Campus

The owners of Quest Africa Kaba Campus subscribe to a Biblical Christian worldview and derive our morals and ethos for Quest from this framework. The essence of this belief is that our standing before God, the Creator is based solely on Grace (“undeserved favour”) and every aspect of Quest life should flow from this. Having said that, we do not discriminate against applicants who hold different beliefs, but we expect an understanding of our values. Our attitudes are inclusive rather than exclusive.
